Not only that, but tests have indicated that there are signs of human decomposition inside the trunk. That's also not to mention the fact that Casey has lied about pretty much everything from Day One. Denial is not a river in Egypt!He probably knows the truth but he is in for the money. No matter what I think the parents will always think their daughter is innocent. If she confess but they do not find the body they will say she was forced to confess. Deep down inside I think they know the truth.It is the responsibility of every defense attorney to provide a vigorous defense of their client. Since no body has been produced and the presumption in a court of law is one of "innocent until proven guilty" the defense attorney is merely working from that starting point. "Suggestions" of evidence leading to a conclusion do not the conclusion make.See my answer to your other question.The "evidence" is flimsy at best. Traces of chloroform would tend to suggest rendering a person unconscious not dead. I find the "tests" that show "signs of human decomposition" to be a stretch. If I were on the jury, they would have to do a lot of explaining to show that those tests were accurate.
I find the entire case to be a rush to judgment. It reminds me a lot of the Duke case a couple years ago when the prosecutor felt obligated to bring charges without any evidence. The whole case seems to be driven by media frenzy.maybe Casey has him under her lying spell : ) very strange case 4 sure.. how could she not tell even one soul the truth about what really happened 2 her baby, i found unreal.. the girls got something 2 hide.. no bar stools, no dancing pole in jail.. she gonna be made 2 eat her lies, over and over again.. it's gonna be like eating the same dinner night after night ..#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
