Why do we always ask why? Does it really help or situation?

why is it important
to brush our teeth?
doctors exist?
to be careful with guns?
we eat a balanced diet?
to be suspicious of strangers/animals?
almost anything you can think of, there is a "why" that explains the necessity of the activity. without this question we wouldnt have much life-saving science advancements we have today.
plus, answering the whys usually involves "because". and "because" is the single most persuasive word. i read an article on persuasion and it explains you are much more likely to get peoples' compliance with your request if you explain Why they are doing/need to do what youre asking. so remember, sometimes the Whys dont change the current "reality", but they help make sense in a world bound by gravity.
