Okay, I am homeschooled and not being taught. I called a social worker who hotlined it in. CPS came by and are talking to me tomorrow. I did well on state testing and my parents are going to provide that, but I'm unhappy with "Homeschooling" and I want to tell the person that tomorrow. Can you help me? My sister is going to lie about being schooled, as is my mom. What do you mean?
Can't you get in huge trouble for that though?why don't you try talking to the CPS alone. and tell them whats going on alone without your mom and sister and let them know you aren't happy being homeschooled. i'm sure they'll understand even if your mom and sister lie, they still have to believe you.Try video-camering the area where you would be taught. Then call them back in a week or two maybe. Good luck!That's illegal and they will side with you. Be glad you did well on the testing because what your mom is doing could eventually cause you to fall far behind your peers. Why would she lie and claim to homeschool you anyway if you want to go to school? It's not like school is expensive, especially when families who can't afford it can get it for free (meals and everything). So I don't see that point in her forcing you to stay home unless she wants her children to grow up and be failures which wouldn't make sense. You need to tell CPS and they will get you back in school.well, i dont really understand the question to be honest...They usually believe the child, because they are the most helpless.
