I need help getting my voice back?

I'm not sure what all you know but I'll tell you what I DO know. Obvious things for taking care of the voice: warm tea, honey, no smoking or drinking (if you do either or both cut it back) don't drink stuff with ice in it or super cold stuff (shocks the vocal cords) stay away from dairy on show nights (especially cheese)
Always make sure you do at least 15 min or vocal warmups before you sing. I always do what I call "Lippers" which is making a BR type of sound. If you want some good instruction as well go to http://www.singingsuccess.com/
But as far as getting your voice back right now it just needs a little rest. You'll get you're mid range back if you do your scales.
Hope I helped!
All you have to do is look at Phil from All That Remains, if you've heard him live you'd know. The bands she teaches suck live to be honest.
I also know a lot of friends in bands that have tried it, though I never have myself, and said it actually made them sound worse.
Anyways, on to answering your question.
You'll want to go see an ear nose and throat specialist (a doctor) and make sure your vocal cords aren't permanently damaged.
Don't sing or scream, don't talk unless you need to, drink stuff with honey in it, not fake honey but the real thing, and especially don't whisper.
It'll need time to rest.
After you think you're ready to sing again, take it slow, make sure you warm up and drink water If hing/'>anything hurts to do, DO NOT do it.
Never strain your voice, there's always a different technique you can use to get the same sound in screaming....if you're having trouble holding a note or scream you're not doing it right.
Remember, if you get sore, stop right away.
That should prevent it from happening again.
